Our professional designers create 3D amusement park designs based on your site conditions and equipment requirements. We can also develop plans tailored to your site and budget, helping you visualize the perfect 3D amusement park layout.
View DetailsYueton Amusement helped us provide many novel ideas in park design, delivered amusement equipment in high quality and on time, and arranged engineers to go to Nicaragua to complete the installation and commissioning of all equipment. Yueton Amusement was very professional and experienced throughout the whole process. This is the largest amusement park in our local area and a government project. Looking forward to more cooperation in the future.
| Country | Site area | Delivered | Equipment |
|---|---|---|---|
| Nicaragua | 17,000 m² | 2023 | 15 units |
A government park project delivered in 2023, covering 17,000 m² and fifteen pieces of equipment. The client's own note on this project focuses on two things: park design input and on-site installation. Engineers travelled to Nicaragua to complete the installation and commissioning, rather than shipping the equipment and leaving the site to arrange its own erectors.
A park of this size has to open on a date. If installation is handed to a local contractor with no experience of the equipment, the commissioning programme becomes the critical path — rails, foundations and electrical connections all have to match the drawings, and any mismatch turns into weeks of delay. Sending engineers who have installed the same models before removes that risk, and it is the part of the work the client remembered.
Fifteen units on 17,000 m² works out at roughly one machine per 1,100 m², which is enough room to group rides by age instead of lining them along a single path. That is the layout question the design stage had to settle before production started, and it is why the client's account leads with park design input rather than with individual machines.

Technical Park Amusement Rides
Zhengzhou Yueton invites you to the grand carnival! With creativity as the brush and craftsmanship as the palette, we bring joy and excitement to parks worldwide.
Ride ranges, installation videos and project records that buyers ask about most.
A large ride cannot be engineered by scaling up a small one. Loads do not scale linearly, and a structure that is safe at 30 m is not automatically safe at 80 m.
Structural design for large rides follows a calculation route, not a table of past sizes:
Critical welds on these structures are inspected by ultrasonic (UT), magnetic particle (MT) or dye penetrant (PT) testing, depending on joint geometry and material.

The European standard for fairground and amusement park machinery and structures. It governs load assumptions, safety factors, structural verification and the documentation that has to accompany the design. Designing to EN 13814 is a prerequisite for CE marking — but the standard itself is not a certificate, and holding a design that meets it does not by itself prove anything to a customs officer.
CE is a declaration by the manufacturer that the product meets the applicable EU directives. For rides this is primarily the Machinery Directive. It is a self-declaration supported by a technical file, not a third-party approval. Buyers sometimes assume CE means an authority has inspected the ride; it does not. What CE does mean is that the technical file exists and the manufacturer is accountable for it.
The North American design standard for amusement rides and devices. It is a design reference in the same sense as EN 13814: a standard that defines how the structure is designed and verified, not a certificate.
The Chinese national standard for large amusement rides. Its scope is broadly comparable to EN 13814, but load combinations, safety factors and the inspection regime differ. Rides built for the domestic Chinese market follow GB 8408; export projects normally follow the standard of the destination country instead.
It depends on where the ride is installed, not where it is manufactured. Tell us the destination country at inquiry stage and we will confirm the governing standard before quoting.
Our quality management system is certified to GB/T 19001-2016 / ISO 9001:2015 under certificate HQ-Q20268921, issued by Global International Standard Testing and Certification Center and valid from 4 November 2026 to 3 November 2029. The scope covers the manufacture of amusement equipment, indoor amusement equipment, toys, sporting goods and recreational boats. The certificate carries UKAS, IAF and CNAS marks.
Inspection is not a final visual check before loading. The parts that matter most are the ones that are hardest to see once the ride is standing:
| Stage | What is checked |
|---|---|
| Incoming material | Steel grade certificates and profile dimensions against the drawing |
| Welding | Weld appearance and dimensional accuracy; critical joints are tested by UT, MT or PT |
| Structure | Stress and deflection checked against the calculation report before manufacturing drawings are released |
| Pre-shipment | Packing list and container loading check; buyers may attend or appoint an inspector |
Verification does not have to stop at our own checks. Two routes are used on export projects:
If the project requires a third-party inspection by SGS or a nominated agency, tell us at inquiry stage so it can be built into the schedule and the quotation.
Installation is either supervised or carried out by our own engineers, depending on the ride and the site. Engineer deployment is a charged service and is quoted separately from the equipment, because the cost depends on destination, duration and site conditions.
Handover is documented: the customer signs an acceptance form covering mechanical completion, electrical checks, trial running and the outstanding items list. Foundation and site preparation remain the customer's scope, and drawings are issued well before shipment so the civil work can proceed in parallel.
The Nicaragua project covers 17,000 m² and fifteen rides. The ride mix was agreed with the operator, who carried out their own visitor and capacity study; the selection was then matched to the available footprint, the target audience and the phasing of the park build. A site of the same area with a different visitor profile would receive a different recommendation.
A quotation moves faster when the inquiry carries four things:
Minimum order is one set. The factory covers 20,000 m² with an 8,000 m² workshop, and since 2016 the company has delivered 500+ projects in 100+ countries with a team of 100+ people.
It depends on where the ride is installed, not where it is built. EN 13814 is the European standard, ASTM F2291 is the North American design reference, and GB 8408 is the Chinese national standard for large amusement rides. We confirm the governing standard at inquiry stage, before the quotation is issued.
A calculation report can be provided on request. The structure is modelled in MIDAS and the report sets out the load cases, the member checks and the results. Buyers can appoint their own third party to review the report before manufacturing starts; the method behind it is described in structural analysis.
Not necessarily. CE is a declaration by the manufacturer that the product meets the applicable EU directives, supported by a technical file. It is not an approval issued by a national authority, and it does not by itself satisfy a regulator outside the EU. Check the requirement for the destination country before ordering.
Tell us the destination country and the local requirement at inquiry stage. We will confirm the governing standard before quoting, design the ride to that standard, and support the project with the design documentation we hold.
Our engineers attend site, and the customer signs the acceptance form at handover. It covers mechanical completion, electrical checks, trial running and the outstanding items list. Engineer deployment is a charged service, quoted separately from the equipment.
Tell us the ride type, site size and target opening date. We reply within one working day.
